Drifter Houseboat

Drifter is a spacious, well designed and maintained pontoon houseboat that offers accommodation for 8 guests in four en suite cabins. The remaining 8 guests may choose to sleep on the large, open plan, covered top deck. Comfortable seating and dining facilites for all guests and a darts board complete this area. 

 Facilities:

• Four en suite cabins (3 twin and 1 double)
• Extra toilet/shower unit
• Mosquito nets in all rooms and on top deck
• Comfortable lounge at stern adjacent to swimming pool
• Swimming pool at stern (guests to provide swimming towels)
• Power supplied 220V AC
• Fully functional kitchen
• Two large deep freezers
• Several loose cold boxes
• Captain, chef andtwo deckhands
• 1 mini pontoon with a 25hp outboard motor
• Boarding 12 pm
• Disembarking 10 pm

2012 rates for dry boat charter $600.00 per night for 16 passengers inclusive of Taxes.

Includes:

• Houseboat and crew
• 15% VAT and 2% Tourism Levy

Excludes:

• Fuel for main vessel, tender boats, two stroke oil
• Drifter will consume approximately 100 litres of diesel per night and each tender will use approximately 25 litres and one bottle of two stroke oil per night
• Please note: the above fuel usage is an estimation for your reference and actual amount consumed will vary with routing.
• All meals and drinks
• National Parks lake usage and fishing fees

Recommended Charter Routes:
2 night charters - up to Antelope Island 
3 night charters - up to Palm bay
4 night charters - up to Sanyati west
5 night charters - up to Elephant point
6 nights or more - up to the Ume
